Aerial Henderson is a skilled and passionate litigator concentrating her practice in toxic tort litigation. Her extensive prosecutorial experience gives clients a unique window into trials and the inner workings of the legal system. Clients turn to Aerial for her innovative and effective skills managing cases. She utilizes her extensive trial and motion practice experience to leverage wins on their behalf, prioritizing each client’s needs and ensuring that their complex disputes are resolved in a timely manner.

Aerial began her legal career managing and prosecuting a high-volume caseload as an assistant’s state attorney at the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office. She also served as a law clerk at a personal injury firm and a general practice firm. Prior to joining MG+M, she worked for a national Chicago-based firm, where she practiced asbestos litigation. 

While attending the DePaul University College of Law, she was associate editor of the DePaul Law Review and served as vice president of the Black Law Student Association. She received the CALI Award for trial advocacy and the Dean’s Student Service Award. While earning her BA in criminal justice from the University of Illinois at Chicago, she was a recruiter for an international recruitment firm.

Aerial is active in her community, tutoring for the Minority Legal Education Resources and serving as a mentor for Ladies of Virtue. In her free time, she enjoys cycling classes, traveling and spending time with her family, friends and her dog.
