MG+M The Law Firm Partner Jennifer Whelan was recognized among Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly’s 2022 Top Women of Law. This annual recognition celebrates the achievements of exceptional women lawyers who are pioneers, educators, trailblazers and role models and who have made tremendous professional strides in the legal field, including pro bono, advocacy, social justice and business.

Jennifer has built a strong legal practice focused on civil defense litigation and works with companies navigating personal injury or property damage claims, specifically general liability and toxic tort defense, managing all aspects of these matters. Jennifer’s leadership and vision are evident beyond her successful legal practice in how she focuses on client relationships, empowers young attorneys and women in the legal profession, and engages in her community through volunteer service. At MG+M, Jennifer worked to establish a mentor program and co-chairs the Professional Education Committee. 

“I am enthusiastic about mentoring new and younger attorneys and providing guidance that I hope will aid them in carving out a path for their success in the legal profession,” says Jennifer. “It is important to provide new and young attorneys with engaging educational content, practical resources and dedicated mentors so they can continue to advance in their profession and achieve their long-term goals.”
