MG+M The Law Firm Partner Brian Gross has been named among Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly’s 2023 Massachusetts Go To Lawyers for Environmental/Energy Law.
With more than two decades of courtroom experience in a broad spectrum of litigation, Brian is particularly accomplished in the defense of conventional and novel claims, including those involving per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS). He serves as counsel for several entities facing enforcement actions relating to multiple contaminants, including PFAS, and counsels clients concerning environmental contamination and potential liabilities that may arise from industrial, manufacturing and other processes. He also develops programs for compliance with federal, state and local environmental regulations and counsels companies concerning environmental issues for corporate transactions.
