MG+M Partner William B. Larson will co-present a CLE seminar on how to give clients bad news and what happens when clients then report you to the Office of Disciplinary Counsel.
The program is sponsored by the Delaware State Bar Association's Litigation Section. Delaware and Pennsylvania attorneys can earn 1.5 CLE credits in enhanced ethics. This seminar will be hosted in Wilmington at the new DSBA Conference Center and will be remote broadcasted to Dover and Georgetown. All locations will offer “live” CLE credit.
