We value our annual participation in the Mansfield Certification process as an important milestone in our continued progress and commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging. Diversity Lab’s yearlong data-driven process is designed to ensure all talent at participating law firms has a fair and equal opportunity to advance into leadership. Its focus is to broaden the talent pool for consideration—including those historically underrepresented in the legal profession—and facilitate transparent pathways to leadership.
More so, we are extremely pleased to have surpassed the increasingly challenging certification criteria, and again achieve the plus designation, sharing in an honor more than half of the 360+ Mansfield Certified firms achieved this year.
