MG+M The Law Firm proudly announces the opening of a new office in Dallas, Texas, and welcomes Todd Suddleson to the firm as a partner in Dallas. Our expansion into Texas enhances MG+M’s coast-to-coast litigation capabilities and allows us to better serve our national and Texas-based clients’ critical litigation needs.
Todd brings more than 30 years of experience defending clients facing complex asbestos and talc litigation and personal injury cases to the firm. He represents clients facing complex lawsuits throughout the country involving mass tort litigation, product liability defense, asbestos defense and talc personal injury cases. Todd serves as national trial counsel and lead counsel for many companies that regularly defend claims for exposure to asbestos or talc. He has led national and regional trial teams in various jurisdictions, including Texas, California, Florida, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Washington, Delaware, Arizona, South Carolina and Rhode Island.
Current MG+M Partners David J. Fisher, Brent M. Karren, Jeanette S. Riggins and William D. Shultz join Todd in the new Dallas office. The partners will maintain their robust national practices, and the Dallas team will have local and national trial capability in a range of practice areas, including product liability litigation, toxic tort and asbestos litigation, environmental and PFAS litigation, construction litigation, general liability, business and corporate litigation, and more.
“MG+M enthusiastically welcomes Todd to our firm, and we are incredibly excited about the opening of our Dallas office,” says MG+M Chairperson and Partner John B. Manning. “With their extensive rosters of clients in Texas, this group of partners is perfectly aligned to lead the office opening. This expansion formalizes our longstanding presence in the state and reinforces the value we provide to clients in handling their most critical and complex litigation wherever needs arise.”
Now with 14 offices in major US markets, MG+M’s growing national network of resources and local counsel allows us to deploy rapidly in response to litigation demands anywhere in the country. We have handled litigation in all 50 states—including extensive matters and trials in Texas—and many of our lawyers are licensed to practice in Texas and its district courts. Additionally, MG+M has forged a strong relationship with Baylor University and recognizes Texas as a prolific recruiting base for diverse local and national talent.
