MG+M The Law Firm has been honored with the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity’s (LCLD) 2022 Top Performer and Compass Awards. These designations recognize law firms and corporations that show a strong commitment to building more diverse organizations and a more inclusive legal profession.  

LCLD is one of the nation’s leading organizations promoting diversity and consists of more than 430 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners dedicated to creating a truly diverse legal profession in the United States.  

The Top Performer award recognizes organizations with the highest level of engagement in LCLD programs and activities. The Compass Award recognizes individuals and organizations that fulfill all of the following requirements in a single calendar year:  

• Member attendance at the LCLD annual membership meeting, member attendance at a leadership summit and/or submission of a leader’s pledge 
• Participation in the LCLD Fellows and Pathfinder Programs 
• Participation in an LCLD Pipeline Program (the 1L Scholars Program or the Success in Law School Mentoring Program) 

This year, MG+M was also named a top firm for equity partner diversity by Law360 and recommitted to the Mansfield Certification Program. These recognitions reflect MG+M’s ongoing commitment to fostering a culture that honors, celebrates and promotes diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.
