MG+M The Law Firm has been honored with the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity’s (LCLD) 2023 Top Performer and Compass Awards. These designations recognize law firms and corporations that show a strong commitment to building a more inclusive legal profession and celebrate the most active LCLD members.
LCLD consists of more than 450 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners who are committed to ensuring that all talent thrives, with the ultimate goal of building a more equitable and diverse legal profession in the United States.
The Top Performer award recognizes organizations in the top 20% for participation in LCLD programs and activities.
The Compass Award recognizes individuals and organizations that fulfill all of the following requirements in a single calendar year:
- Member engagement with LCLD (managing partner/general counsel)
- Nominate an LCLD fellow and pathfinder
- Participation in an LCLD Pipeline Program (the 1L Scholars Program or the Success in Law School Mentoring Program)
This year, MG+M also achieved Mansfield Certification Plus status for the fourth year in a row. These recognitions reflect MG+M’s ongoing commitment to fostering a culture that honors, celebrates and promotes diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.
