MG+M The Law Firm has been honored with the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity’s (LCLD) 2024 Top Performer and Compass Awards. These designations recognize law firms and corporations that show a strong commitment to building a more inclusive legal profession and celebrate the most active LCLD members.  

LCLD consists of more than 400 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners committed to ensuring that all talent thrives, with the goal of building a more equitable and diverse legal profession.

The Top Performer award recognizes organizations that are most engaged with LCLD’s programs and activities throughout the year. 

The Compass Award recognizes individuals and organizations that fulfill the following requirements in a single calendar year:  

• Member engagement with LCLD (managing partner/general counsel)
• Nominate an LCLD fellow and pathfinder 
• Participation in an LCLD Pipeline Program (the 1L Scholars Program or the Success in Law School Mentoring Program) 

This year, MG+M also achieved Mansfield Certification Plus status for the fifth consecutive year. These recognitions reflect MG+M’s ongoing commitment to fostering a culture that honors, celebrates and promotes diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.
