MG+M The Law Firm outpaces our peers in diversity of equity partners, as reported in Law360’s annual Diversity Snapshot survey of diversity across the legal industry. MG+M ranks sixth among firms with 101–250 attorneys, with 22.2% of our equity partners identifying as attorneys of color. 

“As the industry largely continues to work to make good on its promises to promote a more diverse workforce, some firms are proving that law firms can take steps to build a partnership that includes more diverse talent,” says Law360 about the survey results. 

This recognition reflects MG+M’s ongoing commitment to fostering a culture that honors, celebrates and promotes diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging. 

MG+M is also a Mansfield Certified Plus firm, having exceeded the certification requirements in 2020 and 2021 and participating in the program again in 2022. The Mansfield Certification program encourages law firms to expand diversity in leadership roles and includes new challenges each year to continuously push the boundaries for boosting diversity in law firm leadership.
