Law360 lists MG+M The Law Firm as a Ceiling Smasher in its 2022 Glass Ceiling Report: Women In Law. The Ceiling Smashers list ranks the top 10 firms in each law firm size category for gender parity in equity partnerships. MG+M ranks seventh among firms with 101–250 attorneys.  

Law360 recognizes the Ceiling Smashers for “taking steps to turn longstanding promises to improve opportunities for women into workplace realities” and commends the listed firms for their “work to ensure that all talented attorneys have the opportunity to excel.” 

In Law360’s annual Diversity Snapshot, MG+M ranked sixth among firms with 101–250 attorneys for equity partner diversity. These recognitions reflect our ongoing commitment to fostering a culture that honors, celebrates and promotes diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.  

MG+M is also a  Mansfield Certified Plus firm, having exceeded the certification requirements in 2020 and 2021 and participating in the program again in 2022. The Mansfield Certification program encourages law firms to expand diversity in leadership roles and includes new challenges each year to continuously push the boundaries for boosting diversity in law firm leadership.
