Although Louisiana courts rarely award summary judgment to asbestos defendants in mesothelioma cases, MG+M recently convinced Ad Hoc Judge Max Tobias of the 19th Judicial District Court for the Parish of East Baton Rouge, Louisiana to grant the motion of a large commercial truck manufacturer in a case involving alleged exposure to asbestos from replacement brakes.
