Nancy McDonald represents companies in various industries in complex multi-party toxic tort and mass tort litigation. She has tried a number of asbestos cases to verdict and otherwise achieved favorable resolutions in state and federal courts in New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Pennsylvania and Delaware. Nancy also has extensive experience handling appeals in toxic tort, product liability, commercial and construction litigation, a number of which have resulted in reported decisions. She will be resident in our northern New Jersey office.
David Primack's practice focuses on creditors' rights in bankruptcy cases and other commercial-related litigation. He appears regularly as counsel in the state and federal courts representing clients in toxic tort, product liability, construction, insurance and corporate litigation. Prior to joining MG+M, David co-chaired his previous firm's bankruptcy practice. He will work out of our Boston and Wilmington offices.
Gabriel Ferstendig defends corporate and insurance clients in complex product liability, toxic tort and mass tort litigation, including manufacturers and distributors spanning a wide range of industries and products. He will join our northern New Jersey office.
Jodie Ryan concentrates her practice in civil and commercial litigation with emphasis on chemical exposure and toxic tort, products liability, premises liability, construction, and personal injury matters. She also represents clients facing landlord/tenant disputes and commercial collection cases. She will be resident in our New York City office.
Our New Jersey partners will be joined in the new office by a team of paralegals and legal administrative staff. MG+M is also recruiting for two New Jersey–based associates. Our office will be at 180 Mount Airy Road, Suite 200, in Basking Ridge, New Jersey.
