MG+M The Law Firm welcomes John Rosenthal as a partner in our Los Angeles and Walnut Creek offices. John defends clients in personal injury and general liability litigation, as well as business disputes. A seasoned litigator, John has represented clients before state and federal trial and appellate courts and in mediation, as well as before the US Patent and Trademark Office and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. 

John’s extensive litigation and appellate experience spans a wide variety of practice areas, including personal injury defense; general business disputes; issues relating to internet marketing under federal and state law; intellectual property matters, including trademarks, trade dress, copyrights and trade secrets; ADA issues, employment matters, including discrimination, wrongful termination, sexual harassment and retaliation; and insurance coverage disputes.

John joins MG+M from a boutique insurance defense firm in California. He earned his JD, cum laude, from Notre Dame Law School and has a BA in economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
