Chris has more than 25 years of experience handling a broad range of civil litigation cases in federal and state courts in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Connecticut. He has tried cases to verdict in some of the most difficult jurisdictions in the country. Chris defends companies and individuals facing an array of personal injury and liability claims, including toxic torts, products and premises liability, property casualty claims, and construction accident and defect cases. His experience also includes professional liability defense and actions under the Federal Employers' Liability Act.
Colin represents clients in complex litigation in federal and state courts throughout New Jersey and New York, as well as many other jurisdictions, providing client- and industry-specific defense focused on toxic tort, product liability and general liability. He is known for his dedicated advocacy on behalf of clients—balancing aggressive representation with cost-effective, business-minded approaches—and has achieved successful outcomes at all stages of litigation.
