The addition of three new partners, who will be based in a new firm office in Irvine, California, will further enhance MG+M’s West Coast presence and the firm’s ability to serve the litigation needs of clients nationwide.

Karen P. Agelson is a skilled trial attorney whose practice focuses on asbestos litigation, environmental litigation and toxic torts. She has over 16 years of experience litigating claims related to alleged chemical exposures, as well as exposure to toxins and other forms of hazardous waste. Karen has developed an invaluable and commanding knowledge of various state and federal environmental regulations through her practice in these areas.
Jennifer L. Prieto is a seasoned litigator with 14 years of experience in premises and product liability litigation involving exposure to a variety of materials, including asbestos and silica. Jennifer has represented municipalities, premises owners, and manufacturers, as well as distributors and contractors. She was named a 2013 "Rising Star" by Southern California Super Lawyers Magazine.
Tina Van Dam has established herself as an accomplished and effective counselor litigating multiparty matters involving claims related to asbestos, chemical, and other environmental toxins, including silica and talc. With over 16 years of experience as a litigator, Tina brings to the firm impressive expertise in case management and litigation strategy for both trial and resolution, strong relationships with opposing counsel, and a broad understanding of litigation trends across the United States. She serves as National Coordinating Counsel for several national and international companies in toxic tort and products liability litigation.
