Raúl J. Chacón Jr., MG+M partner and Chair of the firm’s Maritime Practice Group, has been appointed to the Diabetes Research Institute Foundation’s Southeast Regional Board.

The Diabetes Research Institute (DRI) leads the world in cure-focused diabetes research. As one of the largest and most comprehensive research centers dedicated to curing diabetes, the DRI is aggressively working to develop a biological cure for diabetes that restores natural insulin production and normalizes blood sugar levels without imposing other risks.
