MG+M partners Bernadette W. Catalana and Katharine S. Perry will speak at the upcoming Sexual Abuse Litigation & Coverage Conference on October 28, 2021, in New York City. They are both members of the firm’s Child Victims Act + Sexual Misconduct Defense practice.
Bernadette will be a panelist on the topic “Settlement and Resolution,” discussing various outcomes of sexual misconduct cases.
