Allie Serpas defends companies and individuals in complex, high-exposure litigation related to personal injury and premises liability, insurance and coverage disputes, and trucking and transportation. She brings a strategic, trial-ready mindset and significant courtroom experience, drawing on her background as a former prosecutor and seasoned litigator in Louisiana courts.
In addition to her practice, Allie has served as an adjunct faculty member in the Department of Criminology and Justice at Loyola University New Orleans since 2019, where she teaches US constitutional law, criminal law, and related courses.
Allie joined MG+M from a Louisiana litigation firm. Before entering private practice, she served as an assistant district attorney with both the Saint Tammany Parish District Attorney’s Office and the Orleans Parish District Attorney’s Office. Allie has tried numerous judge and jury trials in Orleans Parish, Saint Tammany Parish, Washington Parish, and Slidell City Court. As a prosecutor, she was responsible for all case and trial preparations, charging decisions, daily court appearances, and indictments to the Grand Jury.
Allie was born and raised in New Orleans. She proudly pursued her legal education in Louisiana at Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, where she served as president of the Student Bar Association and was honored with multiple awards and scholarships, including the Loyola College of Law President’s Award and the Loyola Law Alumni Scholarship.
