Alicia Chouinard is a 2017 summa cum laude graduate of Saint Anselm College and a 2021 graduate of Northeastern University School of Law. At Northeastern, Alicia was a teaching and research assistant, a Northeastern Law Review article contributor (“Fortifying the Rule of Law: Filling the Gaps Revealed by the Mueller Report and Impeachment Proceedings” (2021)), student co-chair of the Northeastern University School of Law Criminal Justice Task Force (CJTF), and an active member of the Latin American Law Students Association. She also authored the first Boston Historical Narrative for the CJTF, “Faneuil Hall: The Monument of Peter Faneuil’s Legacy and a Catalyst for Change” (2023).
Prior to joining MG+M, Alicia practiced insurance defense in matters of general liability and premises liability, personal injury, trucking and auto accidents, automobile accidents, construction defects and construction accidents, wrongful death and insurance coverage disputes.
Since joining MG+M, Alicia has continued much of this practice and has expanded into the areas of asbestos and toxic tort. She is also a member of the Design Professionals Litigation and Consulting Groups, which focus on complex construction disputes and work with professional liability insurance companies related to construction megaprojects, respectively.
