Overview

Anthony Gatto represents clients in both state and federal courts in a variety of complex civil litigation matters involving construction law and litigation, premise liability, and product liability. He has assisted companies in resolving complex business and commercial disputes in a variety of practice areas, including real estate, construction, bankruptcy and breach of contract issues.

After spending three years working in global equity at a Big Four accounting firm, Anthony began his litigation career in the public defender’s office, where he represented clients in a wide variety of criminal matters, including approximately 25 trials, in both district and superior court. He then worked as a litigation associate for an international insurance defense firm, where his practice included general liability, construction litigation and contract disputes. Prior to joining MG+M, Anthony worked at a New England litigation firm, where he was a member of a team that serves as regional counsel for a national home improvement retailer for all general liability litigation in New England.

Anthony is very active in the community and enjoys volunteering at organizations such as Teen Challenge, Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital Addiction Treatment Unit, and the American Diabetes Foundation.
