Tony Miller serves as part of the Regional Coordinating Counsel team for a major manufacturing company and is responsible for cases filed in Arizona, Hawaii, Colorado, Utah, and North Dakota. In addition, he is also responsible for developing plaintiff and witness deposition strategies and working with local counsel to integrate those procedures.
Tony has defended toxic tort cases from inception through trial for more than twenty years in both Texas and California. During that time he has represented a wide variety of clients, including industrial and commercial product manufacturers, premises owners, contractors, and distributors. He has traveled throughout the United States defending high profile toxic tort cases and taken several thousand videotaped trial cross examinations of plaintiffs and witnesses as well as countless expert depositions.
Tony received his law degree from the University of San Francisco, where he interned with the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office and clerked for the Honorable Daniel M. Hanlon (Ret. Presiding Judge of San Francisco Superior Court). He graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a Bachelor of Arts in English literature.
Tony is a member in good standing of the State Bars of California, Texas, and Pennsylvania.
