Apoorva focuses her practice on general liability and has extensive experience in dispute resolution/arbitration and commercial civil litigation in California and India.

Before joining MG+M, Apoorva worked on a wide range of domestic and international commercial and arbitration disputes and represented financial institutions, multinational companies, and high-profile organizations before the State and Federal Courts in California, Hon'ble Supreme Court of India and Delhi International Arbitration Center (DIAC). 

In addition to her extensive cross-continent international and domestic experience, Apoorva is active in the international arbitration community. At Penn State, she served as an LL.M. Advisor to the Penn State Law Moot Court Team and participated in the Willem C. Vis Moot International Commercial Arbitration in Vienna, Austria. She was also a research assistant to Professor Thomas E. Carbonneau, focusing on international arbitration.
