Overview

Ashley focuses her practice on toxic tort liability. Previously, Ashley worked as a plaintiff personal injury attorney focused on premises liability. Prior to receiving her bar license, she worked as a law clerk in medical malpractice.

Ashley graduated cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law. During law school, Ashley served as the Editor-in-Chief for the Inter-American Law Review. Her case note addressing the similarities and differences between Canadian and United States genetic privacy laws and safeguards was also published in the journal.
