Brendan Cotta focuses his practice on professional liability, primarily representing design professionals.
Previously, Brendan j was an associate at Krokidas & Bluestein. During his time there Brendan drafted numerous memos and summaries that benefitted that firm’s clients and formed the basis for legal counsel for those clients. Prior to completing his JD, Brendan spent time as a summer associate in Phoenix, Arizona, and San Diego, California, where he developed his advocacy and deposition skills while composing written defenses filed against healthcare practitioners.
Brendan has authored or co-authored several articles that have been published in law and public health journals, while also serving as managing editor for the Arizona Journal of International & Comparative Law.
