Overview

Brittney Russell focuses her practice on business litigation and professional liability, primarily representing architects and engineers. 

Brittney has a broad range of litigation experience, having previously led her own practice, where she served the Long Island community. Before starting her own firm, Brittney served as the Executive Director of the Nassau Land Bank whose mission was to restore vacant, abandoned and tax-distressed properties to productive use, including the planning and development of new single-family affordable homes.  She also served as Deputy Town Attorney for the Town of North Hempstead, NY, where she provided litigation, counseling and administration services and was responsible for training the town’s assistant attorneys.
