Overview

Brooklyn Crockton represents clients in litigation related to estate planning, tax, commercial and transactional law. Prior to joining the firm, Brooklyn practiced complex tax litigation related to research and development. She also worked as a research attorney for LexisNexis, auditing the company’s generative AI system.

During law school, Brooklyn interned at the Federal District Court of Rhode Island and externed as a Rule IX student attorney. She also worked as a property teaching assistant and served as an executive board member for the Roger Williams University chapter of the National Black Law Students Association. Brooklyn was a dean’s scholar and leadership scholar recipient and received a pro bono service award for completing more than 100 hours of pro bono service. Following her graduation, Brooklyn was invited to be a distinguished guest of Roger Williams University at the Association for American Law Schools Symposium, where she spoke about diversity and equity in the courtroom.
