Overview

Caroline Lapish is an accomplished litigator with extensive experience defending premises, products, contracts and other business litigation matters from the claims stage through trial or alternative dispute resolution. Having practiced in the Massachusetts, Connecticut and Rhode Island state and federal courts for more than a decade, Caroline is thoroughly familiar with the peculiarities of each jurisdiction and bar and has developed a network of professionals throughout New England and beyond. She is devoted to achieving the most favorable outcome for her clients and enjoys working collaboratively with experts and others toward that end.

  • Secured summary judgment ruling in favor of national home improvement retailer in Connecticut Superior Court action seeking damages for personal injuries arising out of allegedly defective premises. 

  • Prevailed on motion to dismiss in favor of national home improvement retailer in Massachusetts Superior Court action seeking damages for emotional distress. 

  • Obtained summary judgment in premises liability case pending in Connecticut Superior Court for national home improvement retailer.
