Darrell Mook is a trial and appellate lawyer with more than twenty years of experience in the defense of product liability, professional malpractice, employment discrimination, motor vehicle, premises liability, criminal and complex tort and commercial litigation matters in the state and federal courts.

Experience

  • Darrell represents a diverse group of clients including, insurers, manufacturers, medical and legal professionals, financial institutions and individuals. He has been involved in regional, national and international litigation matters, and has obtained significant appellate decisions in the Massachusetts and Federal Courts.
