David Glaspy is a seasoned litigator and trial attorney, and a highly experienced litigation manager. David concentrates his practice in the areas of products liability litigation; toxic tort litigation, including asbestos, benzene, silica and talc; and other serious personal injury trials, including catastrophic construction site accidents.

In asbestos litigation, he has defended manufacturers, distributors, plant owners, contractors and land owners throughout the country since 1981. David has served as national coordinating counsel for a number of large companies over the past 36 years. For one client alone, he has supervised more than 50,000 asbestos cases, coordinating and directing nationwide defense strategies and trials. He has personally tried to verdict more than 35 asbestos cases in 20 different states, winning defense verdicts in 31 out of 35 trials. He has also tried more than 30 cases to verdict in other personal injury and wrongful death actions in both state and federal courts. In his position of national coordinating counsel, David has assisted in establishing computerized control and direction of the defense of cases nationwide.

David received his law degree from the University of Santa Clara in 1980 and passed the California Bar Exam in that same year. He has been a member of the American Bar Association, American Trial Lawyers Association, Association of Defense Counsel, Defense Research Institute and California Trial Lawyers Association. Additionally, he is active in the Bar Association of San Francisco and the Santa Clara, Contra Costa and Alameda County Bar Associations.

He is admitted to practice law in the State of California, as well as before the US District Courts for the Northern, Eastern and Central Districts of California and the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
