Overview

Domineisha's practice focuses on general liability. Her experience includes but is not limited to, product liability, premises liability, mass torts, and professional liability litigation. Domineisha has extensive experience defending property owners, manufacturers, transportation companies, and retail shopping stores from the inception of a case to the time of trial. She has successfully advocated for her clients through dispositive motions and favorable settlements.

Prior to joining MG+M, Domineisha was an associate at a national firm. Prior to that, she completed a fellowship with the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). In 2017, Domineisha graduated from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles where she was a member of its International and Comparative Law Review while serving as a coordinator for its Judge Stephen E. O’Neil Trial Advocacy Mentoring Program (“Young Lawyers Program”).
