Gabriella focuses her practice on toxic tort liability. Prior to joining MG+M, Gabriella spent over three and a half years in the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office as an Assistant State Attorney where she prosecuted thousands of criminal offenses, launched county-wide investigations and tried multiple criminal jury trials and bench trials.
In law school, Gabriella served as a senior staffer for the American University Journal of Gender, Social Policy & the Law and as a senior projects editor for the National Security Law Brief. She also served as an associate and dean’s fellow with the Public International Law & Policy Group in Washington D.C. where she worked on several pro bono cases involving peace negotiations, war crimes prosecutions and constitution-drafting for international clients.
