Gabby Voulgaris represents clients in complex litigation, with a focus on toxic tort matters, including premises and product liability, talc and silica claims, wrongful death, personal injury, and financial services and consumer protection disputes. She also has experience assisting with pro bono matters in criminal and probate law.
Prior to joining MG+M, Gabby practiced at a boutique litigation and real estate firm in Chicago, where she handled residential and commercial real estate transactions.
During law school, Gabby gained hands-on litigation experience with a high-volume personal injury and workers’ compensation firm and served as a law clerk to a leading family law attorney in Chicago. She also developed experience in eviction litigation and landlord-tenant matters, representing clients as a student attorney in the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law’s Fair Housing Legal Clinic.
Gabby has competed in multiple trial advocacy competitions, including the 2021 National Online Moot Court Competition and the 16th Annual 1L Mock Trial Competition, where she earned Best Closing Argument for the Defense out of 24 teams.
While earning her undergraduate degree in marketing and business, Gabby played Division 1 collegiate softball for Iowa State University. She brings a competitive mindset to her legal practice, positioning her to advocate effectively for her clients.
Outside of her practice, Gabby enjoys spending time with her family and pursuing her interest in interior design.
