Overview

Gail Kelley focuses her practice on contract drafting and negotiation for design, construction, and consulting firms and claims management.

Gail has extensive experience working within the design and construction industry on both domestic and international projects. She has provided guidance on municipal building and construction laws and has leveraged her risk management experience to advise clients engaging in joint ventures and public/private partnerships. She has represented owners, contractors and design professionals on a variety of litigation matters for public and private projects. Fluent in French, Gail is a frequent speaker on legal issues related to design and construction and has been published widely on both legal and engineering matters.
