Gayle practices complex tort, product liability and general litigation matters. Gayle takes a deep and creative offensive and defensive approach to her cases, which she utilizes in successful motion practice. Her clients have included national and local manufacturers, retailers, property owners and entrepreneurs in a wide variety of service, sales and products industries. Gayle has experience at every stage of litigation up to trial, including initial pleadings, removals, motions to dismiss and both offensive and defensive discovery and motion practice.

Gayle joined MG+M from an AmLaw 200 defense litigation firm, where she focused her practice on matters related to toxic torts, complex tort, product liability and employment. She also has experience representing school districts and public agencies, where she assisted on diverse topics including labor and employment, student and charter school-related issues.
