Overview

Jalen has experience in a wide range of complex civil litigation matters, including commercial litigation, contract disputes, trusts and estates, real property litigation, and national products liability cases. He also works on local government matters and is skilled in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) processes.

In law school, Jalen served on the Moot Court Executive Board, contributed to the Journal of Civil Rights and Social Justice and engaged with prospective students as a Law Ambassador. Jalen interned with the Honorable Judge Christopher B. Russell of the 25th Judicial Circuit Court of Virginia, the Office of Personnel Management in the Office of the Inspector General, AmeriCorps in the Office of the General Counsel and with Advocates for Justice and Education. Before pursuing his legal education, Jalen served as a City Year AmeriCorps member in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
