Jonathan Tabasky is Co-Strategy and Innovation Counsel to a product manufacturer facing more than 30,000 asbestos cases. In this role he helps develop defense themes, potential corporate witnesses and expert witnesses. Jon also represents manufacturers of prescription drugs, protective clothing, washers and dryers, heating devices, wire and cable, trucks, aircraft, and kilns. As a result, Jon regularly works with renowned cause and origin of fire experts, epidemiologists, pathologists, industrial hygienists, pulmonologists, radiologists, engineers, and economists.
Jon also has extensive experience defending claims against professionals. His clients include general contractors, architects, structural and civil engineers, real estate brokers and appraisers, independent insurance adjusters and fellow attorneys. Jon also regularly defends Dram Shop and premises liability cases brought against bars and restaurants.
Prior to joining the firm, Jon represented clients involved in business disputes, as well as individuals who suffered from catastrophic personal injury and sexual abuse. He also represented the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in labor disputes concerning discipline, promotions, transfers, wages, and other terms and conditions of employment.
Jon lives in Sudbury, Massachusetts, with his wife, Kerri, and their three daughters, Jordan, Maya, and Anna.
