Jordan focuses her practice on complex civil litigation, including general liability, products liability and professional liability. She also has experience in construction litigation, wrongful death actions, premises liability and dram shop cases. Jordan is involved with all stages of litigation, including designing defense strategies, discovery and depositions, dispositive motions and preparing for trial.

Prior to MG+M, Jordan practiced for several years at a well-established regional insurance defense firm, where she represented a diverse group of companies and individuals in all phases of litigation. Jordan’s approach is to develop and execute defense strategies that provide her clients with efficient, cost-effective and successful resolution of their cases. She has extensive experience in the resolution of matters through mediation.
