Joshua Wieczerzak is a dedicated attorney with experience defending lawsuits across New Jersey and New York involving products liability, toxic torts, premise liability, transportation, medical malpractice, asbestos and talc litigation. Joshua works closely with clients and applies a solution-minded approach to handling cases at all stages of litigation.

Before joining MG+M, Joshua was an associate at a litigation defense firm in New Jersey. Joshua earned his law degree from Rutgers Law School, where he was an associate editor for the Rutgers Journal of Law & Religion. Upon graduation, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert E. Brenner for the New Jersey Ocean County Superior Court.
