Overview

Keith is a St. Louis-area native who represents clients in asbestos litigation.  

Prior to joining MG+M, Keith clerked at a plaintiff law firm specializing in asbestos and personal injury and for the St. Clair County State’s Attorney Office in Belleville, Illinois.  

While attending law school, Keith was heavily involved with the American Bar Association’s Journal of Labor & Employment Law, first drafting an article on COVID-era internet privacy for telework and later serving as the Journal’s Lead Managing Editor for Volume 38, leading over a dozen second-year students in drafting publication-quality works for the Journal on topics related to employment and labor law. Keith also drafted a note on bolstering employers’ Fifth Amendment property rights under the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 (OSHA or OSHAct) for one of his seminars. 

Keith resides in the St. Louis area and enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Brooke, and his young son, August.
