Lauren Pagan is an associate in the Walnut Creek office of MG+M, where she concentrates her practice on general liability, products liability and complex construction defect litigation. Throughout her practice, Lauren has defended individuals and entities in catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death actions.

Prior to joining MG+M, Lauren practiced at a mid-sized civil litigation firm. She was integral in securing a defense verdict for a high-profile client in San Francisco Superior Court following a multi-week jury trial on a claim for traumatic brain injury with damages in excess of $13 million. She also worked to secure a defense verdict for an international movie theatre chain in the Placer Superior Court following a two-week jury trial on a claim for significant spinal injuries with damages in excess of $1 million.
