Overview

Maeghann Hoal focuses primarily on asbestos litigation, premises liability, products liability and toxic tort litigation. She represents clients in all stages of litigation, motion practice, depositions and trial preparation. Prior to joining the firm, Maeghann worked as a law clerk at the Cook County Public Defender’s Office and for a firm specializing in tort and commercial litigation.

During law school, Maeghann excelled in trial advocacy, earning a coveted spot on Chicago-Kent College of Law’s nationally ranked Trial Advocacy Team and a CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Intensive Trial Advocacy. While competing on trial team, Maeghann traveled across the country representing parties involved in various lawsuits ranging from criminal homicide to the breach of ethical duties. Since graduating, Maeghann has given back her legal community by coaching and mentoring Chicago-Kent trial team members.
