Overview

Mike is an experienced litigator who represents clients in professional liability, construction, products liability, and business litigation in federal and state courts and alternative dispute resolution. He has a particular focus on defending architects, engineers, and other professionals in professional liability litigation.

Previously, Mike worked with a litigation management law firm in the Boston area where he oversaw litigation and managed local counsel throughout the country for a national franchisor in the disaster remediation and reconstruction industry. Prior to that, he was a Partner with a firm in Kansas City, Missouri, where he gained extensive experience representing a range of companies and insurers in the propane, natural gas, and food products industries in federal and state courts throughout the United States.
