Overview

Mitch focuses primarily on asbestos litigation, premises liability, products liability and toxic tort litigation. He represents clients in all stages of litigation, motion practice, depositions and trial preparation.  

Prior to joining MG+M, Mitch worked as a law clerk at a Chicago-based, plaintiff personal injury firm, was a summer associate at a multi-location insurance defense firm and served as an extern for the Honorable Thomas V. Lyons II in the Trial Section of the Law Division at the Circuit Court of Cook County.  

During law school, Mitch earned a coveted spot on the DePaul University College of Law National Trial Team. While competing on the trial team, Mitch represented parties involved in various lawsuits ranging from criminal homicide to breach of ethical duties. Mitch also served as the managing editor of notes and comments for the DePaul Law Review (Volume 73) and had his article on the three-strikes law published in the DuPage County Bar Association's DCBA Brief. Additionally, Mitch earned the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Legal Analysis, Research & Communication (LARC) II.

Mitch regularly attends monthly community safety meetings and serves as a member of the Chicago Clark and Division Collaborative, a neighborhood watch group that covers the Gold Coast.
