Overview

Robert Davis concentrates his practice in complex construction defect litigation and general liability. He has a deep and broad range of experience representing home builders, general contractors and subcontractors in construction defect cases both in residential and commercial projects throughout the state of California. In addition to his construction defect experience, Robert has experience representing clients in property damage and personal injury claims, commercial contract, mechanics lien, homeowner association-related matters and California appellate matters.
