Overview

Ross defends insurers and their insureds in premises liability and general liability matters. He also represents clients in toxic exposure litigation, with a focus on asbestos and silica-related claims.

While in law school, Ross served as an executive editor of the Washington and Lee Law Review and authored a published article discussing the FDA’s ability to regulate drug compounding for non-food producing animals.
