Overview

Ryan has a general background in litigation, with a focus on defense in personal injury cases. He started his practice representing clients in Louisiana cases while based in a New Orleans-based litigation firm. While in Louisiana, he worked in toxic tort, environmental, personal injury and maritime litigation. 

Ryan lectured to law students at Paul M. Hebert Law Center and was a member of and presenter to the Association of Benefit Planners of New Orleans. In the St. Louis and O’Fallon, Illinois, area, before joining MG+M, Ryan worked for a St. Louis plaintiff’s litigation firm, for the Illinois Attorney General’s office, for a St. Louis defense firm and in his own practice as a solo trial attorney. He also taught a course on Business Law at Lindenwood University and has volunteered in municipal government in Belleville, Illinois.
