Overview

Salia has extensive experience in asbestos defense litigation. She represents product manufacturers, suppliers and contractors against claims related to asbestos exposure. She works on all aspects of litigation from inception through trial, including discovery, deposition of witnesses, motion practice and trial preparation. Salia has successfully defended clients in complex asbestos cases, utilizing a thorough understanding of both the scientific and legal aspects of asbestos-related issues. She is adept at crafting comprehensive defense strategies and conducting in-depth investigations to challenge the validity of claims.

Prior to joining MG+M, Salia was an associate at a notable New York City defense firm, where she represented several high-volume clients in asbestos litigation matters. Before that, Salia worked at a general litigation firm handling a wide range of civil litigation matters, including labor/employment, immigration, contract disputes and family law cases.
