Sean McGah dedicates his practice to multiple-party complex litigation, with a primary focus on asbestos and talc litigation. Sean has extensive experience defending premises owners, contractors, products manufacturers and products suppliers. Sean is a successful litigator, who is adept at handling cases from initial discovery through trial. Sean has achieved favorable results for his clients through summary judgment motions, appellate work and negotiations for numerous dismissals. Sean has participated as second-chair trial attorney for several clients in asbestos cases. Prior to becoming a civil litigator, Sean first-chaired several criminal cases to verdict as a prosecutor.
Sean earned his undergraduate degree from the University of San Diego and went on to receive his JD from the McGeorge School of Law at University of the Pacific. During law school, Sean gained practical experience by interning with the US Attorney’s Office, the California Attorney General’s Office, the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, and the California Environmental Protection Agency.
