Spencer Wong represents clients in general liability and premises liability defense. Prior to joining MG+M, Spencer spent three years at a large insurance defense firm working in general liability defense, including prevailing on a motion to dismiss in the US District Court for the Central District of California on behalf of an insured homeowner on a racial discrimination and malicious prosecution matter.
Spencer’s initial litigation experience involved widespread civil litigation defense work in business litigation, employment, trademark infringement and ADA cases. During that time, he was successful in prevailing in a partnership dispute involving misappropriation of company assets matter that went to arbitration that resulted in an arbitration defense verdict against a $1.2 million claim.
Spencer is an avid sports fan, and, from his time living in New York, continues to follows the Yankees, Jets, Knicks and Rangers.
